The heads of our hand ploughs are forged in little, hole-in-the-wall smithys in South Korea. Insofar as I know, no left handed versions are made. And the tool is a very right handed one. So, for our left handed customers, we take a right handed forging, flatten it, turn it over and re-forge it to suit a Southpaw. The additional $5 covers the labor and fuel for the forge. (I'm told we are the only source of left handed versions of this versatile tool.)
