Q: When will your ecommerce store be fully stocked?
A: Our internet store is just a small portion of our product line! If you have something in mind that your looking for, just give us a call, and if you live in the area, just stop on by!
Q: Do you do custom work?
A: Absolutely! You’ll get the exact tool you're looking for; even if we have to make it for you from scratch. If you're looking for something special, just let us know and we'll see if we can build it.
Q: How do I get to your store in Boring, Oregon?
A: It's easy to get to our store- it’s at
12040 SE Revenue Road
Boring, OR 97009.
We're about 35 minutes east of Portland, and 10 minutes outside of Gresham. From Hwy 26, take the Boring Exit and turn left onto Compton/Hwy 212. The First Stop Sign is Orient Drive, turn left. The first right is Revenue Road, take a right. You'll turn right into the second driveway, just before a big Red Pig sign.
Q: What are your hours at the store?
A: We are open Wednesday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm, or by advance appointment. If you come to the store during business hours and we're not there to greet you, just honk your horn or ring the pig bell and we'll be right there.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
