We ask you to notify us as soon as possible and at the latest within 7 days of delivery, if you receive an order from us with damaged or missing items. Requests for refunds, exchanges or replacement tools may not be honored after this 7 day post-delivery period. We measure, weigh and carefully pack each box ourselves. While mistakes can happen, damage or missing items are usually the result of something unexpected happening during shipping with the carrier.  Please notify us in writing, keep your packaging, and take pictures of damage to the package or item to send us via email.
