We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship, and for items that you simply decide you do not like or want. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Returned items should be in "new" condition or as-received condition (if damaged) for full refund credit. If the items you are returning shows signs of wear and will need to be reconditioned to be make salable again, we will assess a refurbishing fee and deduct it from your refund. We do not refund shipping charges, and if the cost of shipping your order to you was greater than the amount you paid for shipping, we will deduct the difference between what you paid and what our cost was from your return balance.
